For IV-D & child support agencies

When wages can't be garnished,
the retirement account can pay.

We draft support-collection QDROs at scale for IV-D programs, child support divisions, and enforcement offices — turning certified arrears on your ledger into orders plan administrators actually accept.

Arrears + interest
Certified arrears recovered directly from the obligor's 401(k) or pension — with accrued interest where authorized.
Ongoing support
Orders can secure current support obligations, not just past-due amounts.
Authorized fees
Where the law permits, recover authorized fees and costs in the same order.
Who we serve

Built for the IV-D world

Your ledger already identifies the arrears. FIDM and data matches already locate the accounts. We supply the missing piece: the order that reaches them.

Sensitive data, handled properly. Case identifiers, SSNs, and account details are collected through secure channels, used only to prepare the order, and never sold or shared. We work within your agency's data-handling requirements.

Why agencies refer to us
Plan-specific drafting. Orders written to each administrator's procedures — ERISA, state systems, federal (COAP), and military.
1–3 business day drafts. Batches keep moving; nothing sits in a queue.
Accepted, not just filed. We shepherd orders through plan preapproval and revise free until acceptance.
Bilingual support. English and Spanish, for your staff and the families you serve.

Agency questions

Can retirement accounts really be reached for child support?

Yes. ERISA's QDRO provisions expressly allow qualified orders for support obligations, not just marital division. A properly drafted support-collection QDRO directs the plan to pay arrears — and ongoing support where ordered — to the obligee or the state.

Who signs and files the order?

We prepare the order and the filing package; your agency (or its counsel) files it through your normal process. We are a document-preparation service, not a law firm, and we don't appear in your cases.

How do referrals work day to day?

Caseworkers submit through a simple portal or a batch spreadsheet — case identifiers, the support order, arrears certification, and what's known about the plan. We take it from there and report status back on every order.

How is pricing structured for agencies?

A discounted flat government rate per order, with volume tiers negotiated by contract for ongoing caseloads. Billing by PO or monthly invoice. Email us and we'll respond within one business day with a rate sheet.

Put the arrears ledger to work.

Tell us about your program and caseload — we'll reply within one business day with agency rates and a pilot proposal.
