The flat fee covers the order, instructions, cover letters, and revisions. Court filing fees (paid to your court) and any fee the plan itself charges to review orders are separate and vary by court and plan — we'll flag them in your instructions so nothing surprises you.
We prepare the order from your decree and the information you provide — we can't advise you on what split is fair. If the division terms aren't settled yet, talk to your attorney first; then we'll put them into a plan-accepted order.
